Conservatório Regional do Algarve Maria Campina
The Conservatório Regional do Algarve Maria Campina, in Faro, features three rooms: The Museu Maria Campina Room, the Sala de exposições (Exhibition Hall) and the Auditório Pedro Ruivo (Auditorium). The museum-oriented part houses displays of plastic art by a diverse selection of artists as well as literary exhibitions with works by Algarvian writers.

Centro de Ciência Viva do Algarve
The Algarve’s Science Centre has many rooms: Nós e o Sol, O Mundo Verde, Olhos nos Olhos, Os Caminhos da Luz, Aldeia Global, Estufa Inteligente, Medieteca, Ver as Estrelas, O Mundo Azul and Experimentarium, which allow the visitor to explore our world and universe. Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Mondays.

Museu Marítimo Almirante Ramalho Ortigão
The Admiral Ramalho Ortigão Maritime Museum has several rooms: Sala Lyster Franco, Sala Manuel Bivar, Sala Baldaque da Silva and the Biblioteca da Marinha (Marine Library), which also houses plastic art displays. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Museu Diogo Gonçalves
This museum has just one painting exhibition gallery. It opens in the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The museum closes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
